Vinaigrette Jar

Making a vinaigrette in a jar takes like 2 minutes.

Ingredients

I use a ratio of 3:1:1 of oil:vinager:dijon. You can scale this however you want, this is generally good for 4 people:

2 tbsp red wine vinegar 1/3 cup nicest available olive oil 1-2 tbsp dijon mustard 2 pinches of salt 2 cracks of black pepper

Combine everything in an appopriate sized jar with a lid (I use a little mason jar). Close the lid and shake it for a few seconds and taste for salt. Keeps in the fridge for about a week. Top it up when you need it.
