Broccoli

Easy side dish. Scale however you’d like.

Ingredients

1/2 lb Broccoli florets, either cut off a stock or purchased pre-cut or whatever Block of parmesan 1 Lemon

Instruction

Pre-heat oven to 400F

Cut broccoli into whatever size you’d like to eat. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Place on a foil or parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Agitate them after about 10 minutes.

While the broccoli cooks, zest lemon into a bowl, then juice the lemon into the bowl. Grate as much parmesan as you’d like into the bowl. Add a glug of olive oil and whisk to combine into a slurry.

Once the broccoli is done in the oven dump it into the bowl and toss to mix.
